Bruce Dimytosh, Partner
Bruce Dimytosh is a Chartered Accountant with senior management expertise in operational and financial restructuring of distressed businesses and the management of high-growth entrepreneurial companies.

As a past Partner and Co-Owner of Spara Capital Partners Inc., a boutique investment bank, Bruce provided investment banking, business succession, financing, restructuring and advisory services to entrepreneurial owner-managed companies.

Subsequently, Bruce was Executive Vice President Retail Operations of Bento Nouveau Company Ltd., Canada's leading supplier of Sushi offered through a network of corporately-owned and grocery-anchored locations. As well, Bruce was President and an Investor in Marks Supply Inc., a leading wholesaler of plumbing and HVAC products in South Western Ontario.

Bruce serves on the Board of Directors of SIR Corp, one of the top five foodservice and hospitality companies in Canada, operating such notable restaurant concepts as Jack Astor's Bar & Grill, Alice Fazooli's!, Canyon Creek Chop House, Reds, AlFrisco's and Far Niente. Bruce held the Board position of Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Mr Dimytosh has considerable expertise in the retail, franchise, restaurant, hospitality and foodservice sectors.

Don Thompson, Partner
Don has over twenty years executive-level experience in financial restructuring, cash management, the implementation of growth plans and development of succession opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses.

Most recently Don was President of DTC Consulting, an advisory firm specializing in the franchise, restaurant and food service sectors. With each client Don successfully implemented financial planning processes and structured cash management initiatives.

He previously served as Vice President of Spara Capital Partners Inc., a boutique investment bank that provided investment banking, business succession, financing, restructuring and advisory services to entrepreneurial owner-managed companies.

Don has lead restructuring and growth initiatives in various business sectors including wholesale gasoline distribution, metal working machine distribution, wholesale plumbing distribution, trailer manufacturing and wire frame manufacturing
