Candidates who wish to work as Interim Managers are selectively
screened and retained through a vigorous process that generally
first identifies executives that have the career experience that
is well-suited to the projects we often challenge. As well, our
Interim Managers are not seeking permanent positions - they are
seeking short term assignments that will normally last from 3
to 6 months.
