Fee Structure

Fees paid to Interim Managers and charged to Clients are based on a per-diem or project fee basis. In establishing our fee structure with our Interim Managers and with our Clients, a number of variables are taken into consideration:
• Duration and location of the assignment
• Amount of experience the Associate possesses, and amount of specialty experience that can be directly applied to the project at hand.

The payment structure for each project will be discussed and agreed to prior to the commencement of the project.
