to providing service that is professional and transparent. All
clients and Associates agree to a set of terms and conditions
prior to engagement that sets out agreed expectations and payment
terms.
In general, Interim Managers are billed on a
per diem rate, however our fees may also be structured on a project
basis, depending on the assignment. An engagement letter between
Prism and our client is completed in advance of the commencement
of a project. It outlines details of the mandate, client expectations
and limitations, fees, timing and deliverables, as well as a confidentiality
clause. Out-of-pocket expenses that the Associate will assume
on behalf of the client are agreed upon prior to commencing the
project. Any other unexpected expenses, such as travel, will be
discussed and agreed with the client prior to undertaking the
expense.
